Training Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the enrollment and participation of learners (“you”, “your”) in the online training courses (“Courses”) offered by Wormwood Pictures and Entertainment (“Wormwood Pictures”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through our Learner Management System (“LMS”). By purchasing and enrolling in a Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms

1. Company Details

Wormwood Pictures and Entertainment is a registered film and television production company providing training and development programs through its online learning platform.

2. Enrollment and Access

2.1. Enrollment in a Course is confirmed upon successful purchase and automatic registration in the LMS.
2.2. Course access details are provided electronically after payment is processed.
2.3. Learners are responsible for ensuring they have the required devices, software, and internet connection to access the Courses.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1. All Course prices listed include VAT.
3.2. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via the methods provided on the LMS.
3.3. Wormwood Pictures is not responsible for any additional charges, such as bank fees, currency exchange costs, or third-party transaction charges.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

• If you cannot access the Course due to technical issues on the part of Wormwood Pictures.
• If a duplicate (double) payment is made in error, provided no learner has been assigned to the Course.

4.2. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Once a learner has been successfully registered and assigned to the Course.
• If technical issues arise due to the learner’s personal device, internet connection, or other factors outside of Wormwood Pictures’ control.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All training materials, content, videos, and resources provided through the LMS are the intellectual property of Wormwood Pictures and Entertainment.
5.2. Learners are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Course content solely for personal learning.
5.3. Course content may not be copied, shared, distributed, resold, or used for any commercial purposes without written permission from Wormwood Pictures.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. Wormwood Pictures respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
6.2. Personal data collected during registration and enrollment will only be used for training administration purposes.
6.3. Wormwood Pictures will not share or sell personal information to third parties.

7. Learner Responsibilities

7.1. Learners must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
7.2. Login details for the LMS are personal and must not be shared with others.
7.3. Learners are expected to comply with all rules, guidelines, and codes of conduct communicated through the LMS.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Wormwood Pictures will take all reasonable steps to provide uninterrupted access to Courses but cannot guarantee availability at all times.
8.2. Wormwood Pictures will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any Course.

9. Amendments

Wormwood Pictures reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. Learners will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the LMS after such changes will constitute acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and enrolling in a Course through Wormwood Pictures’ LMS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
